Abstract:

电力设备在不同条件下可靠性不同,不同时间不同条件下进行维修使得电网风险也不同,科学有效的设备检修计划能够避免重复停电,减少电网损失并提高供电可靠性。笔者针对现有配电设备短期检修计划优化中只考虑检修损失而存在的不足,建立计及气象条件等多种约束的配电设备短期检修计划优化模型,该模型在满足多种检修约束条件的前提下,以均衡供电可靠性和检修停电损失为优化目标,制定最优的配电设备检修计划,从而保证检修周期内的供电可靠性。通过IEEE-RBTSBUS5算例测试,验证了所提模型的有效性。
