FRP橡胶支座压缩性能分析

Abstract:

将纤维复合材料板(FRP)代替传统板式橡胶支座中的加劲钢板,可以得到一种新型的橡胶支座隔振器,即FRP橡胶支座。文中首先对FRP橡胶支座的概念及特点作了基本介绍,之后,为了了解其在竖向加载情况下的力学性能,为FRP橡胶支座竖向承载力及压缩刚度的设计提供了参考,利用通用有限元程序对FRP橡胶支座进行了有限元数值模拟,对支座在竖向加载作用下的力学性能进行了研究,讨论了支座的变形情况以及FRP加劲板应力的大小及分布情况,对比研究了由数值模拟、理论分析以及试验研究得到的FRP橡胶支座的压缩刚度。从对支座中FRP加劲板的应力情况以及支座的刚度性能可以看出,使用FRP加劲板替代板式橡胶支座中的加劲钢板来制作新型FRP橡胶支座是可行的。
