钢管铅芯阻尼器性能分析研究

Abstract:

钢管铅芯阻尼器具有耗能性能优良、工作性能稳定、工作机理明确、构造简单合理,且布置安装方便和造价便宜的特点。本文介绍该阻尼器的构造形式、工作机理、布置形式及特点,建立有限元模型分析不同的构造参数对该阻尼器性能的影响,提出钢管铅芯阻尼器的设计建议。研究结果表明随高宽比增大,屈服力、屈服刚度和屈服后刚度减小,屈服位移和延性增大;随厚径比增大,屈服力、屈服刚度和屈服后刚度增大,延性减小,屈服位移变化不明显;随加强厚度比增大,屈服后刚度增大,延性减小,其它性能参数变化不明显;加强长度比和挤压率的变化对钢管铅芯阻尼器各性能参数影响一般。根据各参数对钢管铅阻尼器力学性能的影响规律,给出该阻尼器各设计参数的优化取值范围。
