两类新型简易隔震支座的试验性能对比研究

Abstract:

本文提出采用复合材料工程塑料板替代传统橡胶支座中的钢板,形成一种简易隔震支座.选用树脂纤维加强复合材料工程塑料板与不饱和聚酯纤维加强复合材料板这两类板材,分别对其进行了拉伸和弯曲性能试验.试验表明两种纤维加强的工程塑料板其弯曲强度和拉伸强度均满足隔震支座对加劲材料的力学性能要求.在此基础上,本文研发了采用这两类工程塑料板的新型简易隔震支座,也称隔震砖,并对其进行了系统的力学性能试验.试验结果表明这两类简易隔震支座均性能稳定,具有良好的阻尼特性;树脂型隔震砖的性能要优于不饱和聚酯型隔震砖.该新型简易隔震支座具有重量轻、造价低、便于运输与施工等优点,可望在不发达村镇地区普及推广,具有重要的现实意义与应用前景.
