新型可调刚度黏弹性阻尼器的设计制作、性能试验和力学模型

Abstract:

磁流变弹性体(magnetorheologicalelastomer,简称MRE)是一种新型智能材料,它集磁流变材料和弹性体的优点于一身,同时又克服了磁流变液的颗粒沉降、稳定性不好等缺点,创新性地将磁流变弹性体智能材料代替常规黏弹性材料,提出了新型可调刚度黏弹性阻尼器的磁路设计方法和磁场分析方法。按照理论分析所确定的方案,设计制作了最大出力达到15kN的可调刚度黏弹性阻尼器,并在液压伺服加载系统上完成了阻尼器的性能试验,试验表明新型阻尼器随电流的改变有一个连续可调的剪切刚度。最后,建立了适用于新型可调刚度黏弹性阻尼器的力学模型,并将模型仿真结果与试验数据进行比较,证明了力学模型的正确性。
