不同水肥处理对红花根际化学计量特征的影响

Abstract:
在田间试验条件下,以水肥耦合为中心,以新疆红花为试材,采用熏蒸提取法检测红花根际微生物生物量,采用4因素3水平二次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究了施氮量、施磷量、施钾量和供水量4个因素对红花根际微生物生态化学计量特征的影响。结果表明施肥可以明显提高红花根际微生物生物量C、N、P含量,改变化学计量比,合理的水肥配施有利于土壤养分的提高。不同处理红花根际土壤微生物生物量C、N含量随红花的生长期延长均表现出升降升的趋势,P含量则逐渐下降。施N量对生物量C、N含量及C∶N∶P影响最显著,施P量对生物量P含量及C∶P、N∶P影响显著,供水量则对生物量C、N、P含量都有显著影响,而对K肥的影响较弱。
