不同类型砧木对“红富士”苹果地下及地上部分生长的影响

Abstract:

以八棱海棠实生砧、M9和SH40矮化自根砧、或M9和SH40中间砧(八棱海棠作基砧)为砧木,分别与“红富士”苹果嫁接,利用根系观测系统,研究了不同砧木苹果根系生长状况,并分析了其与地上部生长的相关性。结果表明年平均根长密度、表面积密度、体积密度、根条数密度均表现为“红富士”/八棱海棠>“红富士”/SH40/八棱海棠>“红富士”/M9/八棱海棠>“红富士”/M9>“红富士”/SH40。在接穗和乔砧八棱之间加入矮化中间砧,使根长密度减小,但仍然高于矮化自根砧。与“红富士”/八棱海棠相比,M9和SH40作中间砧或基砧均使树体变小。相关性分析表明,累积枝条长度、干径、短枝数量和长枝数量均可作为判断根系特征的重要指标,其中长枝数量和累积枝条长度可作为判断多项根系性状的重要指标。
