Abstract:

以野生辣椒‘12-16’和甜椒‘三道筋’、‘12-1’、‘12=19’为试材,选用与辣椒疫病抗性相关的4对引物,对4份辣椒材料的疫病抗性进行了快速鉴定。结果表明4份辣椒材料中,‘12-16’中能够扩增出抗病特异性条带,推断其为抗病材料;其它3份材料均未扩增出抗病特异性条带,表明其为感病材料;供试的4对引物中仅有1对引物的稳定性和重复性较高。?
