多效唑对双瓣茉莉新梢生长及叶片光合作用的影响

Abstract:

以盆栽双瓣茉莉为试材,研究了喷施不同浓度的多效唑对双瓣茉莉新梢生长发育与叶片光合速率的影响。结果表明多效唑处理显著的抑制双瓣茉莉新梢的长度、增加新梢的直径,且随着处理浓度的增加,其作用效果越明显。此外,多效唑还显著的抑制双瓣茉莉叶片的生长和发育,增加叶片的叶绿素含量,并且显著提高叶片的光合作用。喷施多效唑的有效期持续在30~50d且较适合的浓度为200~300mg/L。
