盐胁迫对油葵种子萌发及内源激素含量的影响

Abstract:

油葵是我国重要的油料作物之一,具有耐盐性强的优点。种子萌发期是油葵发育的第一个时期,在其整个生活史中占有重要的地位,而对其耐盐性的研究目前还较少。该研究通过对‘DW2177’、‘DW667’、‘高油1号’和‘新葵10号’等国内外4个油葵品种萌发期耐盐性的评价,发现了耐盐性最高的油葵品种‘新葵10号’;利用HPLC技术对其不同盐浓度下的萌发期内源激素含量进行了分析。结果表明在内源激素调控油葵耐盐性上,GA3在低盐浓度时发挥作用而ABA在高盐浓度时发挥作用;IAA在调节油葵耐盐性方面发挥着核心的作用。
