无籽西瓜子叶诱导不定芽的影响因子研究

Abstract:

以无籽西瓜“蜜童”无菌苗子叶为外植体，研究了种子灭菌方法、子叶的取材部位、黑暗培养等不同条件对其不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明相同培养条件下，“蜜童”无菌苗子叶不定芽的分化能力由近轴端至远轴端逐渐降低，外植体的离体黑暗培养不能促进不定芽的诱导，相反具有一定抑制作用。？
