Abstract:

传统的病毒诱导的基因沉默(Virusinducedgenesilencing,VIGS)是一种小干扰RNA(SmallinterferingRNAs,siRNA)介导的RNA沉默技术(SIRVIGS),作为一种有效的反向遗传学技术广泛的用于植物基因组功能的鉴定。另外,VIGS技术开始用来研究植物内源miRNA(microRNA)的功能,这为miRNA的功能研究提供了快速有效的方法。随着基因沉默技术的应用和改进,将会有越来越多的植物基因组功能得到快速有效的验证。
