樟芝真菌深层发酵条件优化及三萜成分初步分析

Abstract:

以樟芝真菌为试材,以樟芝三萜类化合物为目的物,利用2L发酵罐对其深层发酵条件进行优化,10L发酵罐放大培养,并利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对樟芝真菌三萜类化合物种类进行初步分析。结果表明适宜于樟芝真菌深层发酵产三萜类化合物的条件为接种方式为菌丝接种,培养温度28℃、培养基初始pH为4、溶氧量控制在20%,此条件下10L发酵罐放大后,樟芝真菌菌体和三萜类化合物的最大产量分别为3.19g/L和33.59mg/L,相对稳定。处理后的樟芝三萜,以齐墩果酸为标准品,经检测共有5种三萜类化合物,其中1种与标准品相近。
