不同培养条件对蓝浆果离体叶片不定芽再生的影响

Abstract:

以南方高丛蓝浆果(Vacciniumcorymbosumhybrids)品种“南月”(Southmoon)优选系A18离体叶片为试材,研究了不同细胞分裂素、蔗糖浓度、叶片放置方式、暗培养时间及叶片完整性对不定芽再生的影响。结果表明TDZ和CPPU对不定芽的诱导效果好于ZT和2ip;在培养基中添加20g/L蔗糖较利于不定芽的再生;外植体近轴面接触培养基不定芽再生效果好;离体叶片不经过暗培养及其创伤口大均有利于不定芽再生。
