苹果绵蚜在不同苹果品种上为害的差异性研究

Abstract:

以2年生苹果品种“华丹”、“华美”、“礼泉富士”、“华玉”幼苗为试材,于2012年6~8月,在云南农业大学温室对4个苹果品种进行人工接种笼罩试验,以研究苹果绵蚜在不同苹果品种上为害的差异性。结果表明苹果绵蚜在“礼泉富士”上的为害与“华美”、“华玉”2个品种间无论从每株平均苹果绵蚜头数、苹果绵蚜种群数和苹果绵蚜种群面积上均存在显著性差异,“礼泉富士”与“华丹”只是在苹果绵蚜的种群个数上有显著差异。因此,4个苹果品种中,苹果绵蚜的为害程度依次是“礼泉富士”>“华丹”>“华玉”>“华美”;苹果绵蚜更容易为害植株的侧枝。
