温度和年份对蓝蓟种子发芽状况的影响

Abstract:

以蓝蓟种子为试材,研究人工气候箱培养条件下,4种不同恒定温度(即10、15、20、25℃),处理对蓝蓟种子发芽状况的影响;并以近3a篮蓟种子为试材,比较研究了常规室温条件下不同年份的发芽状况。结果表明不同恒定温度处理条件下,15℃与其它处理的发芽指标具显著差异性,为蓝蓟种子适宜的发芽恒温条件;近3a的蓝蓟种子进行室内发芽试验结果表明,在5月份室内条件下,2012年与其它年份处理发芽指标具显著差异性,种子的发芽状况为2012年>2011年>2010年;说明蓝蓟种子播种时期适宜的恒温条件为15℃,在播种时应选择当年新生种子,以获得较好的发芽状况,以利于稳定收获。
