折流式气液分离器内流场的数值模拟与实验研究

Abstract:

设计了一种新型折流式柱形气液分离器,应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法模拟了折流式柱形分离器和普通柱形分离器的内部流场,对比了两种分离器流场的速度矢量分布、液相体积分数分布和湍流耗散速率分布,并通过冷模实验对两种分离器的分离性能及影响因素进行了考察,实验结果与CFD模拟结果吻合很好,验证了利用数值模拟方法考察气液分离器分离性能的可行性与准确性.分析结果表明,设计的折流式柱形分离器的压降略大于普通柱形分离器,具有分离效率高、操作弹性范围大的优点.
