纳秒强激光烧蚀铝靶的数值模拟研究

Abstract:

为研究强激光对金属表面的破坏效应,文中利用热传导理论和相变的等效温度处理方法,建立了激光烧蚀金属过程的二维计算模型,并利用有限元分析方法对纳秒单脉冲强激光作用铝靶过程进行了数值模拟计算,获得了激光辐照下铝靶烧蚀形状和温度场分布特征.结果表明,在激光单脉冲能量一定的情况下,脉宽越长,烧蚀形状愈加细长;大光斑的烧蚀半径要小于光斑尺寸,且光斑增大到一定程度后烧蚀半径因功率密度下降而减小.
