纳米缓蚀剂技术减缓枪管内膛铬层破坏的研究

Abstract:

针对枪管内膛铬层在发射中损坏严重的情况,利用电子扫描电镜提取了寿命射击试验后的枪管内膛表面和断面的形貌特征.在分析内膛铬层破坏机理的基础上,总结归纳了枪管内膛铬层破坏的几种形态特征,建立了铬层破坏过程的逻辑关系.采用纳米技术制备了含纳米缓蚀剂的发射药.试验结果表明,纳米缓蚀剂对铬层破坏可以起到明显的减缓作用,是保护枪膛铬层并延长枪管寿命的有效方法.
