串联聚能装药延迟时间与装药间距匹配关系研究

Abstract:

为降低串联聚能装药战斗部前级爆轰对后级JPC成型的干扰,采用LS-DYNA软件,对不同装药间距、不同延迟起爆时间下后级JPC的成型过程进行了数值模拟.获得了装药间距、延迟起爆时间对后级JPC成型的影响规律,分析了最佳延迟时间下以及头部速度最低对应延迟时间下后级JPC头部速度降随装药间距的变化规律,建立了延迟起爆时间与装药间距的匹配关系.结果表明:最佳延迟起爆时间随装药间距的增大而增大,当前后级装药间距达到2.5倍装药口径,延迟时间为40μs,后级JPC头部速度降只有11%.针对优化结构开展了侵彻45#钢靶实验,串联聚能装药战斗部能够实现反硬目标大开孔兼顾穿深的要求.
