偶氮二甲酰胺对BAMO-THF/PSAN 推进剂性能的影响

Abstract:

将发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(ADA)引入到BAMO-THF/PSAN推进剂中,以改善该推进剂的力学和燃烧性能.通过红外和热失重分析以及推进剂拉伸实验和燃速测试,研究了ADA对BAMO-THF/PSAN推进剂性能的影响,并对作用机理进行了探讨.结果表明:ADA对BAMO-THF/PSAN推进剂的力学和燃烧性能有改善作用,当ADA质量分数为8%时,推进剂最大应力提高了约40%,最大应力下延伸率提高了约36%,燃速压力指数从0.72降至0.56,而推进剂比冲仅下降2.1%.
