基于无网格方法的涂层接触问题研究

Abstract:

建立了含有表面织构的涂层的接触力学模型,将无网格理论与求解接触问题的线性规划方法相结合对模型进行了数值求解.研究了涂层的材料、厚度及表面织构对接触压力和涂层-基体系统应力状态的影响.结果表明:随着涂层与基体弹性模量比(Ec/Es)增大,沿对称轴在涂层和基体界面处的应力梯度逐渐增大.随着涂层厚度的增加,界面处应力梯度先增大后减小.弹性模量比和涂层厚度对界面处的剪应力和Mises应力也有很大的影响.减小表面织构间的间距能够降低涂层和基体内的最大Mises应力.
