Abstract:

以四极质谱的理论为出发点,阐述了离子运动轨迹的高可靠数值计算模型. 结合仪器研发的实际需要,着重讨论四极质谱离子轨迹仿真系统的设计与实现,并应用该系统对四极离子阱中的高阶场、偶极激发和空间电荷效应进行了仿真论证,结果表明了仿真系统的有效性
