聚叠氮缩水甘油醚/聚乙二醇双软段黏合剂胶片的性能研究

Abstract:

为改善聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)的性能,选用聚乙二醇(PEG),以三羟甲基丙烷为交联剂,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为固化剂,制备出GAP/PEG/TMP/IPDI双软段含能黏合剂胶片,并采用FTIR,DSC,XRD等方法进行表征.GAP胶片中引入聚乙二醇,拉伸强度提高到3.11MPa,其延伸率可达475%.随交联程度的增大,黏合剂胶片中软段的玻璃化转变温度先增大后降低,DSC和XRD表明此类黏合剂胶片为非晶聚合物,热分解温度为183℃.
