氢内燃机及整车性能试验研究

Abstract:

为探索氢燃料应用于内燃机及车辆的各项性能,在一款2.0L汽油机的基础上,重新设计发动机各系统及部件,研制出氢内燃机和样车,并进行了台架和整车试验.试验结果显示:氢内燃机功率和扭矩比同排量汽油机均下降40%左右,但最高指示热效率和有效热效率分别可达到40.4%和35.0%,NOx排放主要受混合气当量燃空比的影响.氢内燃机及整车各系统工作正常,动力性能也满足开发要求.氢内燃机汽车CO和HC排放显著降低,NOx排放仅为0.057g/km,比国Ⅳ标准低了28.75%,具有良好的排放性能.
