大功率氢内燃机增压匹配与参数优化

Abstract:

氢内燃机是氢能源利用的有效方式之一,自然吸气的进气道顺序喷射式氢内燃机的功率密度比传统内燃机低,增压中冷技术是提高氢内燃机动力性能的重要手段.基于一款9.73L增压CNG发动机,针对采用氢燃料后的增压匹配难点建立了增压氢内燃机仿真模型,在此基础上完成了氢内燃机增压匹配并对压缩比和进气门开启角度进行了优化.最终的性能预测结果表明:氢内燃机最大扭矩890N·m,比增压前提升了1倍,增压后有效热效率提升7%~15%,主要排放物NOx比排放呈降低趋势;参数满足公交车辆对大功率氢内燃机的要求.
