车辆半主动油气悬架模糊控制的建模与仿真

Abstract:

为对某工程车辆半主动悬架系统进行可靠控制,针对单筒式油气弹簧建立了数学模型,分析了其刚度特性和阻尼特性以及节流小孔面积的改变对阻尼的影响.提出在防止悬架频繁击穿前提下改善车辆平顺性要求的控制思想,以悬架动挠度及其随时间变化率为控制输入,建立控制模型,并制定模糊控制规则,设计了模糊控制器.分别针对正弦路面激励、积分白噪声随机路面激励以及瞬态阶跃路面激励进行仿真.仿真结果表明:模糊控制策略在悬架半主动控制的应用,不仅可减小悬架击穿的概率,也从统计角度改善了车辆平顺性.
