氧化锌晶须应力传递机理的数值模拟研究

Abstract:

基于剪滞法分析了四针状氧化锌晶须的应力传递机理,采用细观有限元模型对四针状氧化锌晶须/树脂基的特殊的应力传递机理和应力分布规律进行了计算和分析,结果显示由于氧化锌晶须的特殊结构,晶须针脚协同应力,能够更好地承担外部载荷,可增强复合材料的强度,使复合材料不易破坏失效.在此基础上,提出了对多随机变量的复杂形状的增强体的研究方法,开发了随机分布多变量晶须/树脂基复合材料生成程序,并结合有限元方法,对生成的晶须进行对比计算,得到了对晶须排列方式、长径比和载荷夹角等因素对复合材料的影响规律.
