N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钾/芥酸钾复合阴离子表面活性剂蠕虫状胶束及其性能研究

Abstract:

以N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钾(KLAD)、芥酸钾(KEU)及两者复合体系(KAU)为研究对象,分别考察了KCl及不同有机反离子对KLAD、KEU及KAU水溶液性能的影响,优化出KLAD/KCl、KEU/苄基三丙基氯化铵(BTAC)及KAU/BTAC/KCl3种黏弹性蠕虫状胶束体系.通过表观黏度法研究了3种体系的耐温及耐剪切性能,并对各体系的破胶性能及携砂性能进行了评价.结果表明,T=100℃时,KLAD/KCl及KEU/BTAC体系的表观黏度(ηa)仅为19.2和37.7mPa·s,而KAU/BTAC/KCl体系的ηa高达82.5mPa·s;T=100℃且连续剪切60min后,KLAD/KCl及KEU/BTAC体系的ηa分别降至14.0mPa·s和19.3mPa·s,而KAU/BTAC/KCl体系仍保持在52.9mPa·s以上.携砂比为10%时,3种体系的沉降速度分别为0.294,0.113及0.067cm·min-1.KAU/BTAC/KCl体系耐较高温度、耐剪切,携砂性能优越.有机反离子BTAC与无机反离子KCl对蠕虫状胶束具有较高表观黏度产生了协同效应.
