塑性变形演化对螺纹联接松动的影响研究

Abstract:

通过考虑材料的棘轮效应,数值模拟了螺纹联接早期的松动行为,并以此为基础展开了载荷方向、预紧力、侧向载荷幅值、摩擦因数对这一阶段螺纹联接松动的影响规律研究. 研究结果显示,首次循环可以使得螺栓张紧力大幅下降;在后续的循环中,螺纹联接的材料的棘轮效应不可忽视;在所研究的各影响因素中,侧向载荷幅值对本问题的影响最为明显
