基于区域分割和引导滤波的多聚焦图像融合

Abstract:

针对多聚焦图像可能出现局部配准不理想的情况,提出了一种基于区域分割和图像引导滤波的失配准鲁棒多聚焦图像融合算法. 首先通过构造基于结构张量的聚焦评价函数,对每幅输入图像进行聚焦度评价;然后建立包含图像聚焦度的全局能量函数,并通过Graph Cut算法分割出每幅图像的聚焦区域;最后利用图像引导滤波对每个聚焦区域进行细化得到每幅图像的融合权重,在梯度域上进行图像复原得到融合图像. 实验结果表明,该方法不仅可以在多聚焦图像失配准的情况下进行图像融合,而且有效地保持了图像的边缘,在主客观评价指标上均有较大的提升
