泵阀并联系统复合式控制策略研究

Abstract:

为综合泵控高效节能和阀控高精度快响应的优势,研究一种泵阀并联位置伺服系统. 建立泵阀并联系统数学模型,并分析系统特性及油源效率;针对系统定位控制,提出一种泵PID控制、阀分段作用PID控制的分段双PID复合控制策略;针对系统动态跟踪控制,提出泵控回路采取PID控制并固定其输出,阀控回路始终采取迭代学习控制的复合控制策略. 仿真结果表明,在定位控制方面,相比纯泵控系统,分段双PID控制策略能够明显提高系统响应速度;在动态跟踪控制方面,固定PID输出和迭代学习控制相结合的复合控制策略,能使系统兼具高效节能和高精度快响应的优势
