基于28SrRNA基因D2序列的优茧蜂亚科分子系统发育(膜翅目:茧蜂科)Abstract: TheD2variableregionof28SribosomalRNAwassequencedfromethanolspecimensorobtainedfromtheliteraturetoprovidethefirstphylogenetiereconstructionofthesubfamilyEuphorinae(Hymenoptera;Braconidae).Phylogeneticrelationshipswereestablishedbycomparingtheresultsusingtwodifferentmethods(distance-basedneighbor-joining,NJ;andmaximumparsimony,MP)andthreedifferentoutgroups.ThemonophylyoftheEuphorinaeiswellsupportedbyalltreesgeneratedfrommoleculardata.Allphylogeneticreconstructionsyieldedtreeswithverysimilartopologiesthatonlypartiallyresolvedthemorphologicallydefinedtribesandtherelationshipswithinthesubfamily.WefoundnoevidenceforthemonophyleticnaturesofthetribesEuphorinl,Dinocampini,Perilitini,Syntretini,ComsophoriniandCentisitini,butwedidfindsomeevidenceforthetribesMeteoriniandMicroctonini.ThemonophyleticnatureofthetribeMeteodnlwaswell-supportedinalltrees.WealsofoundthecladecontainingtheLecythodeUa,Microctonus,OrionisandStrebloceratobeamonophyleticgroup,whichcorrespondedtothetribeMicrotonini,withOrionistransferredfromthetribeEupholiniintoMicrotonini.AmongthegeneraofEuphoriniourresultsshowedstrongsupportforaparaphyleticnatureofthisgroup,whichcanberoughlydividedintotwoclades,oneconsistingofAridelusWesmaelia,theotherofLeiophronPeristenus,suggestingbothofwhichmaybegiventribalrank.TheplacementofthegenusChrysopophorusislargelyuncertain.Twoclades,DinocampusPerilitusandCosmophorusRhopalophorus,wereconstantlyresolvedinouranalyses,with42-96and97-100bootstrapvaluesupport,respectively,suggestingthatbothofthemformmonophyleticgroups.FormembersoftheCentistini,PygostolusmayberemovedandincludedinMicroctoniniorotherrelativetribe.
