高灵敏、易更新的土霉素分子印迹碳糊传感器的研制

Abstract:
通过将土霉素(OTC)分子印迹聚合物颗粒与碳糊混合,制成OTC分子印迹固体石蜡碳糊传感器(OTC-MICPS)。在分子印迹膜(MIP)上,OTC与辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记的OTC(HRP-OTC)之间进行竞争取代反应,标记的HRP可催化H2O2氧化对苯二酚生成对苯二醌,通过测量对苯二醌的还原电流间接测定OTC。对实验条件进行了优化,响应电流与OTC浓度(0.008~0.6μmol/L)的对数呈线性关系,检出限为1.8nmol/L。此传感器可以通过简单的机械抛光实现更新。传感器制作简单,使用方便,价格低廉,灵敏度高,易于更新。用于牛奶样品的分析测定,加标回收率为93.8%~96.6%。
