尿微量白蛋白的多波段多光程光谱检测

Abstract:
为研究多光程光谱法检测尿微量白蛋白含量的可行性,利用多光程光谱的非线性特性,设计自动微位移测量装置,实现对尿液样品可见波段和近红外波段的多光程(0~4.0mm)光谱快速采集。采用偏最小二乘法,分别对样本的可见波段、近红外波段、可见-近红外双波段的多光程吸收谱与尿液中白蛋白实际含量建立回归模型,其中,可见-近红外双波段吸收谱共同建立的回归模型比单一波段吸收光谱建立的模型更优,决定系数达0.9905,最大预测绝对误差为7.56mg/L。研究表明:多光程光谱法建模方法可用于尿液微量白蛋白含量分析,且利用可见-近红外双波段多光程光谱能得到更好的建模效果。本研究为利用多光程光谱法实现无试剂的方便、快捷检测尿液微量白蛋白及其它成分的含量奠定了基础。
