细胞电化学分析的研究进展

Abstract:

细胞是构成生命有机体的基本单位,对有机体的生长发育以及生理功能的维护起着至关重要的作用。由于细胞中的各种生理活动多伴随着电荷的定向传递、传导或者转移,因此,结合电分析化学技术的简单、便捷、灵敏以及快速的优势,细胞电分析化学逐渐发展成为了生物电分析化学的一个重要分支,为细胞活性分析、疾病诊治以及药物筛选等研究提供了越来越多的理论支持,并奠定了重要的实验基础。近几年,随着界面修饰技术、纳米技术、分子组装以及分子识别技术的发展,具有更高生物相容性和选择性的电极环境被开发应用于细胞的固定,极大地促进了细胞电分析化学的发展。本文重点评述近三年细胞电化学分析的研究进展,并以此为基础展望了其研究前景。
