Abstract:

建立了超高效液相色谱(UPLC)结合二极管阵列检测器(PDA)测定饲料中苯乙醇胺A的方法。根据样品基质的特点,采用相应提取液(配合饲料:0.1%甲酸-甲醇,浓缩饲料:0.1%甲酸-甲醇(10:90,V/V);添加剂预混合饲料:0.1%甲酸-甲醇(20:80,V/V)进行振荡提取,混合阳离子固相萃取柱(PCX)净化。采用AcquityUPLCBEHShieldRP18色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸溶液-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.4mL/min,检测波长为278nm。本方法线性范围为0.1-100mg/L;线性相关系数为0.999;定量限为1.0mg/kg。不同饲料样品基质中苯乙醇胺A的回收率为68.7%-96.8%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%-7.0%。本方法简单快速,线性范围广,应用于实际样品检测,结果满意。
