Abstract:

Responsiveorbitshaveexhibitedadvantagesinemergenciesfortheirexcellentresponsivenessandcoveragetotargets.Generally,thereareseveralconflictingmetricstotradeintheorbitdesignforresponsivespace.Aspecialmultiple-objectivegeneticalgorithm,namelytheNondominatedSortingGeneticAlgorithmⅡ(NSGAⅡ),isusedtodesignresponsiveorbits.Thisalgorithmhasconsideredtheconflictingmetricsoforbitstoachievetheoptimalsolution,includingtheorbitalelementsandlaunchprogramsofresponsivevehicles.Low-Earthfastaccessorbitsandlow-Earthrepeatcoverageorbits,twosubtypesofresponsiveorbits,canbedesignedusingNSGAⅡundergivenmetrictradeoffs,numberofvehicles,andlaunchmode.ByselectingtheoptimalsolutionfromtheobtainedParetofronts,adesignercanprocessthemetrictradeoffsconvenientlyinorbitdesign.Recurringtotheflexibilityofthealgorithm,theNSGAⅡpromotestheresponsiveorbitdesignfurther.
