SPS夹层板双壳舷侧结构耐撞性研究

Abstract:

根据《钢夹层板材料船舶结构建造指南》对某双壳油轮舷侧内外壳进行SPS夹层板改装设计,应用非线性数值仿真方法,分析层合板建模法和三维实体单元在处理夹层板碰撞问题方面的差异.仿真结果表明,层合板建模法可以满足一般工程问题对精度的要求,是一种适宜在微型机上处理SPS夹层板碰撞问题的有效方法.采用层合板建模法,对比分析传统舷侧结构和SPS夹层板舷侧结构的耐撞性,验证了SPS夹层板结构可以提高碰撞力和能量吸收能力,耐撞性指标很大,是一种良好的耐撞结构.
