海洋平台往复压缩机振动特征研究

Abstract:

为研究海洋平台往复压缩机的振动特征,应用谐波小波包变换对往复压缩机的振动进行分析,探讨不同频率下振动信号的能量分布特征.结果表明,在水平方向和垂直方向,往复压缩机振动能量主要集中在25Hz和50Hz的低频处,其他频率振动能量小,变化平稳;在轴向,往复压缩机振动能量向中高频扩展,在225Hz处出现较大值.因此,谐波小波包变换可用于往复压缩机振动特征研究.
