基于岸桥成本分析的集装箱港口泊位和岸桥分配问题

Abstract:

针对岸桥作业成本对装卸活动的影响,建立集装箱码头离散型泊位和岸桥集成分配的混合整数规划模型,结合具体算例,运用优化软件求解.在分析船舶在港相关成本时,通过比较不同成本比率下船舶靠泊结果,得到港口应该设置的等待成本与装卸成本比率;再根据设置成本比率后的模型,考虑在不同总岸桥数量配置下船舶在港总成本最小值的趋势,获得使目标函数最小的合适总岸桥数.研究结果表明,岸桥固定成本投入不同会影响港口船舶泊位分配和岸桥配备.
