Abstract:

充分考虑海上危险化学品运输的复杂性和不确定性,并基于熵与耗散理论,从“人-船-货-环境”四个方面对海上危险化学品运输系统的安全性进行研究,提出系统安全熵概念并建立安全熵模型,用于海上危险化学品运输系统的安全评价.
