基于改进Canny算子的覆冰厚度测量方法

Abstract:

输电线路覆冰则会严重威胁电网的安全运行。为准确可靠的监测输电线路覆冰状况,运用最优阈值灰度分割法和Canny算子等图像处理技术,提出了一种基于改进Canny算子的覆冰厚度测量方法。首先利用最优阈值灰度分割法得到的阈值作为Canny算子的高阈值Th,边缘检测时起到决定性作用;然后利用高低阈值的对应关系确定低阈值Tl,边缘检测时起到补充性作用,由此在目标区域内可实现Canny算子自动识别导线覆冰厚度。最后通过处理现场覆冰图像和模拟试验图像,验证了该方法的有效性和准确性,为工程应用提供了参考。
