环氧树脂液氮环境中沿面闪络特性研究

Abstract:

液氮环境中绝缘材料的沿面放电特性对超导电力设备的外绝缘设计至关重要。笔者设计环-环电极和尖-板电极,模拟均匀电场和不均匀电场,研究了低温环境下较常用的环氧树脂在液氮环境中的沿面闪络特性,得出了环氧树脂在液氮环境中两种电极下的沿面闪络电压的韦伯分布概率图,利用MATLAB软件拟合出服从韦伯分布0.1%闪络概率的沿面闪络电压和爬电距离的关系曲线,通过分析比较可见,环氧树脂在液氮环境中的沿面闪络电压受电极间距和电场不均度的影响较大,同时为高温超导电力设备的绝缘设计提供参考。
