RTV喷涂时涂料雾化效果对其憎水性的实验分析

Abstract:

为研究防污闪涂料施工过程中涂料雾化效果对涂层憎水性的影响,以RTV(RoomTemperatureVulcanizedSiliconeRubber)涂料为例,采用控制变量法,通过喷涂试验研究喷涂时喷枪的出气量,即涂料的雾化程度对涂料憎水性的影响。用静态接触角法,测量样品表面体积为10-15水珠的静态憎水角,表征涂层的憎水性能。研究发现,在一定雾化范围内,喷涂时喷枪出气量越大,即涂料雾化程度越高,涂层的憎水性越差。建议在实际喷涂作业时,应合理调节喷枪出气量,使涂料处于较低雾化程度下进行喷涂。
