高电压等级绝缘拉杆研究

Abstract:

针对高电压等级组合电器的需要,研制出了一种拉伸性能为51.63MPa,耐热性能达363.9℃的环氧树脂配方,采用该配方与芳纶纤维通过真空浸渍研制了一种高性能绝缘拉杆。绝缘拉杆的吸水率为1.4%左右,抗弯强度达到200MPa以上,而轴向绝缘强度达到10kV/mm以上,完全满足GIS等产品对高性能绝缘拉杆的要求。
