金属钴对泡沫型镍电极及Ni/MH电池性能的影响

Abstract:

活性物质为化学共沉积锌的Ni(OH)2,并物理掺杂钴粉的泡沫镍涂膏式镍电极表现出高的放电比容量和循环稳定性,其中钴可以显著提高镍电极活性物质利用率,这是由于第一次活化充电时由Co形成导电性能良好的CoOOH提高了放电深度,循环过程中的容量稳定性是锌和钴协同作用的结果,特别是共沉积锌,它可以抑制γ_NiOOH的形成从而缓解镍电极的膨胀.
