Abstract:
本文提出在金基底上用阳离子聚电解质———聚二烯丙基二甲基胺氯化物(poly(diallyldimethylammoniumchloride),PDDA)自组装膜固定长链DNA的方法,用DiffuseReflectanceInfrared,XPS和STM技术进行表征,并对DNA杂交进行电化学标记
