Abstract:

胞吐是细胞之间传递信号的主要方式之一,安培法监测细胞胞吐是研究细胞间通讯的基本方法。本研究采用ITO(IndiumTinOxide)导电玻璃与紫外光刻技术构建了一种新型ITO微孔电化学传感器,用于细胞胞吐现象的监测并取得较好的效果。相比传统的方法,ITO微孔电化学传感器不仅可以取代传统的碳纤维微电极,而且可与荧光或化学发光等方法联用,运用多种手段同时对细胞的生理现象进行监测。
