军队干部疗养员运动情况与代谢综合征危险因素的调查研究

Abstract:

目的通过对军队疗养干部运动锻炼情况及代谢综合征危险因素的调查分析,探讨运动与代谢综合征之间的相关联系。方法选取2012年1-12月在杭州疗养院疗养的军队在职或离退休干部800例[男性538例,女性262例,年龄(67±5)岁]为研究对象,通过问卷调查其运动方式、运动频率、每次运动时间、每日累计运动时间等,测量血压、腰围、空腹血糖值(FBS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿酸(UA)等指标。并按是否运动及坚持时间分为运动组(n=486)与非运动组(n=314),再按运动时间、频次、自感运动强度、坚持运动时间等进行分组统计分析。结果非运动组收缩压、舒张压、腰围、FBS、TC及TG水平均显著高于运动组(P<0.05)。每日运动时间≥60min组代谢危险因素异常率明显低于<60min组(30.51%vs43.37%,P<0.05);自感运动强度11~15组的异常率明显低于<11组(33.99%vs43.11%,P<0.05);长期保持每周高频次运动者的异常率明显低于偶尔运动者(20.83%vs38.61%,P<0.05)。结论长期坚持每日至少运动60min、自感运动强度达11~15、每周运动3次以上,有助于降低代谢综合征患病风险。
